Static Mixer & Mixer Pipe

Static Mixers attach to Meter, Mix, and Dispense machines and to dual cartridges. Static Mixers provide an even mixing of two-part materials without the hassle of hand mixing.

The bell mouth is the material entry end of the nozzle and the part that fits over the meter mix machine exit manifold. Static mixing elements inside the body of the nozzle are manufactured from high grade polyacetal to withstand the higher pressures of metering and mixing machines. Static mixer housings are polypropylene.

For Example:

ME10-24 = a bell-mouth of 17mm, an I.D. of 10mm, 24 mixing elements and outlet I.D is 3mm.

Static Mixer bell mouth should smoothly fit in the metalize mixer head without applying additional pressure. In case static mixer bell mouth is not fitting smoothly then DO NOT TRY to insert it with outside pressure. In such cases alteration should be made only in Mixer Head. Forceful inserting of Static Mixer mouth bell will damage it.
