GUIDELINE FOR OUR TEFLON DAMS

Cleaning the Adhesive rollers each time before use of Teflon Dam.
Check the Gap between adhesive rollers properly.
No external pressure to be applies for fitting dam in rollers. It should be smoothly.
After every breakdown or stoppage of machine lasting 30 minutes the Dams and rollers should be cleaned.
Each time, before using the dams curved surface of dams should be cleaned, make sure no adhesive layer remains fixed on it which can cause leakage of adhesive.
Dams Tips should not be tempered with anything even with fingers.
After every use, the dams should be kept only in tharmocolpacking and their tips should be kept straight allowing no bends.
